At Loqui Caelum, I strive to provide meaningful, intuitive, and insightful guidance through every service and session. My goal is for each client to feel supported and aligned with the experience they receive.
 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or reschedules may be offered. By booking a session or purchasing a product through www.loquicaelum.com, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. General Policy

Refunds are not generally provided for services that have been fully rendered. Exceptions may be considered only in circumstances where the service did not meet the expectations clearly set forth during the booking process.

Because the work I offer involves time, preparation, and energy devoted specifically to you, once a session has taken place, it is considered complete and non-refundable.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Personalized intuitive or spiritual readings.

  • Digital products and downloads.

  • Gift certificates.

  • Workshops, events, or group sessions that have already occurred.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session:

  • Please notify me by email at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered forfeited.

 

I understand that life happens — reasonable exceptions will always be handled with compassion and discretion.

 

4. Refund Process

If you believe a refund is warranted:

  1. Request: Email me at loquicaelum@gmail.com within 7 days of your original session date to explain your concern.

  2. Assessment: Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Wix, Venmo, or Cash App).

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.

 

5. Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and online materials are final sale and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access once purchased.

 

6. Policy Updates

I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
